About Us

Florida Landscape Lighting (FLL) is an Independent Manufacturers Sales Agency based in Fort Lauderdale, FL and was established in 2019. Led by Joel Podolsky, the agency is strategically positioned to service the “Green” industry and currently represents Kichler Lighting in Florida, the Caribbean, Latin America and Israel.

Joel began his lighting career in 2014 with D&M sales of Florida, the Kichler agency previously assigned to Florida’s Green channel. He then went on to hold several roles within Kichler prior to opening FLL to take on Florida and the International markets.

The FLL team is composed of five associates, each tasked with specific responsibilities aimed at servicing our manufacturer, distributor, and contractor partners across our global territory. This delineation is core to our ability to stay flexible and maximize agency coverage, react quickly to all service and sales opportunities, and continuously enhance service levels for all constituents. Backed by an extensive wholesale distribution network, and supported by a strong, diverse contractor base, FLL has steadily strengthened key business relationships and increased sales year-over-year.
